The Basics At Buildii, we pride ourselves on providing custom, high-quality web development and digital services tailored to your business. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: Website design and development packages Monthly maintenance or hosting plans Branding, content, and marketing services Any custom-built digital solutions Once work has started on a project or a billing cycle has been initiated, you are contractually bound to that service term, and no partial or full refunds will be issued. In the event of a technical error or billing mistake on our part, please contact us at team@buildii.com, and we will investigate the issue to determine an appropriate resolution. Please note: Refunds will not be provided for lack of communication or delays on the client’s end. Failing to cancel a subscription before a new billing cycle does not qualify for a refund. Buildii reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time.
